I have been long term owner working with HSPM for over 10 years now, and I highly recommend this agency. Over the years... I had the pleasure to deal with different team members (Karla, Laetitia, Barb and Tennille), and each and everyone of them have a genuine passion for their work and ensuring the best possible outcome. It is very reassuring knowing you can rely on the whole team, not just your dedicated property manager, as there is a real sense of continuity when life events happens (long leave, maternity leave etc).I own a few properties in Australia and overseas and never came across such an amazing and genuine team: professional, super efficient and friendly! As I moved overseas a few years ago, response time and communication became even more important, and with HSPM I know my property is in best hands and I don't have to follow up as the team is always on top of things! The inspections are carried out when due with detailed and thorough reports with lots of photos (super important when you cannot attend in person). From a tenancy standpoint in over 10 years I cannot recall having more than a couple of weeks vacancy.Very positive experience and i highly recommend the team to any landlord or tenant. HSPM have managed our property for 2 years, they found a tenant (who has been in our property for 2 years) within days... after another agency kept giving us excuses that it was not a good time or not many people out there were looking!! Not wanting to keep our property empty for longer than necessary we contacted Tennille and within days she had organised 4 groups to look at the property!! And we had a choice of tenants to choose from who wanted to rent our property, within 2 weeks they had moved in!!
