We will be closing at 5pm on Thursday 18th April and reopeing at 9:00am on Tuesday 23rd April. We do ask that you refrain from logging any non emergency maintenance until we return.
If you log an emergency maintenance via the app, it is important that you follow these simple rules:
- Be clear about the issue with details i.e. if you have no hot water remember to supply information about your unit. For example – is it gas or electric?
- You must select emergency maintenance in the drop down otherwise the request will sit in the system until your Property Manager returns to work to action this.
- Once you select emergency maintenance the system will send a work order to the Trades Person, plus it will send you a copy so you can contact the Trades Person and coordinate the repair.
- Please remember these Tradies are also enjoying a little time with their families and may not look at their emails regularly so it is critical that you pick up the phone and call them. You will have a copy of the work order for reference. These Trades People have nominated to be contactable during this time.
