February 2019 Update

Welcome back to 2019.  Its been a great 30 days here at home.  The team enjoyed 3 weeks off over Christmas and New Year and came back energized and motivated for another year.

We thank our tenants for using the maintenance app over the Christmas break.  The process worked well and any emergency repairs were swiftly handled.  The majority of the repairs were for air conditioning units which i thought very interesting … although not surprising.

We have leased 18 properties in the past 30 days and have seen properties that are priced correctly and advertised at the market rate leasing quickly and those that are a little pricey remain available. It is so important to ensure you make the relevant adjustments to your advertising price if you are not getting the inquiry within the first 7 days.

We also remind you that you have the owner portal that you can access and view any of your documents or information or simply see where the tenants are paid to.  It is a great way for you to keep track of your paperwork. We like to be as transparent as possible and this portal helps with that.

Shortly you will receive your quick client survey so you can tell us what you think.  We are always looking for ways to improve so if you can take a few minutes from your day to fill this out it is much appreciated and just means we can look at ways to serve you better.
