The benefit of seeking assistance from one of our alliances in real estate sales is that our landlords get advice and an evaluation of their investment property’s current market value by a specialist in sale and marketing of investment properties in the same area. Their thorough knowledge of current sales values and market trends are up to date and invaluable to our landlords in providing an accurate opinion on the value of their investment property.
We reassure you that there is no motivation on our part or our alliances to secure a sale or to present you with a ‘hard sell’, our interest purely rests with what is best for our landlords in both the service we provide and advice we give (including from our alliances).
Whilst your Property Manager works within the real estate industry, their field of expertise is in the management of investment properties and they do not have a detailed knowledge of the current sales marketplace. Likewise, a sales person in real estate does not possess the market knowledge to give qualified advice on current rental market activity.
