Please be advised that our office is currently closed due to the storm. We have been without power or phone services since Tuesday. We are getting many messages from landlord asking about their properties however at this point it is very difficult to contact many of our tenants.
We urge all our tenants to report any damage via their maintenance app once they have power and phones restored. Please add photos if you are able.
There are still 44,000 homes in Wyong shire and 27,000 homes in Gosford shire without power. Gosford has now been classified as a natural disaster area.
Many of the properties we manage have not been effected, but we will know more as services are restored.
Our advice to tenants who have major damage is to contact the SES on 132 500 for assistance and report it to us when possible. We will then notify owners and can begin the process of arranging assessors, quotes, repairs and insurance claims.
The storm coincides with our annual property management conference (which has in fact been perfect timing). Our team have arrived at the Gold Coast today for 2 days of intense training with the best in the industry. The benefit of this is not only to improve our skills and offer a better service to you but… we actually now have access to internet and phones.
During our breaks and after hours we will be filtering through calls, emails and logged maintenance. So please contact us directly if required on our extensions:
We have the best systems in place and are confident each and every maintenance request will be attended to in the quickest possible time frame.
We thank you for your patience and hope all our local clients are staying safe.
