Living in a strata complex

A smiling mother and her son lying down on the field of flowers. Surrounded by greenery.

With spring in the air and its promise of longer, warmer days, we’ve noticed a renewed sense of optimism and energy along with a real spike in available properties listed with us for rent.  In fact we’ve seen a 200% increase in the last month alone.  Some have been transferred from other agencies while others have been listed for rent for the first time.  With demand so high for rental properties on the Central Coast it’s great to be able to balance the demand with a greater supply of properties on offer.

Hats off to you…

It’s been wonderful to see so many of you keeping your rental properties in tip-top condition.  Week after week we attend routine inspections and have found that most are being immaculately maintained, meaning we can deliver a great report back to the property owners.  Well done and keep up the good work!

Now that we’re at the beginning of spring, don’t forget your gardens will need a little more attention than they did over winter.  Make the most of the warmer, yet still temperate days to prune and weed your gardens in preparation for summer.  Check your gutters also for excess leaf litter as this can act as a potential hazard during summer’s peak fire season.

Learning from our tenants…

We’re inviting a handful of existing tenants into the office this month for a special open forum Focus Group Session designed to help us learn how we can further improve our service to you.  Contact us if you would like to be involved in this session.
