May news

What a month of May has been! We saw the return of Laetitia from maternity leave and our team commenced routine inspections again. Tenants were wonderful with access for routine inspections, making our transition back to viewing property’s seamless.

COVID restrictions are now lifting and we are able to conduct open homes, however we have chosen to continue with private inspections allowing two parties per inspection. This just insures that we are being socially responsible and conscious of distancing for our staff and the general public. It also gives us the opportunity to spend more time with those tenant prospects assisting with the application process.

It’s been a rather quiet month on the leasing side with little to no stock available. For most of the month of May our vacancy rate was .03%. If you do you know of anyone who has a property to lease please reach out to us as we would love to help. We have qualified applicants looking for four and five bedroom family.

Those tenants that were Coverd affected have now either paid their rent up to date for our continuing with payment plans. I’m proud to say that we survived Coverd and our Tenant clients have done the right thing in assisting with negotiations and payment plans. it is wonderful how a community can work together in tough times.

Please I can not express enough how low on stock we are so please if you know anyone with a property for lease please let us know.
