We’re back; we’re energised; and we’re ready for a great 2017!
After a wonderful 3.5 weeks my team and I are excited to be back into the swing of things, recharged, energised and ready for a brilliant year of property management for all our wonderful landlords.
I am pleased to report that our automated maintenance system worked efficiently and effectively while our office was closed over the festive season and tenants were very diligent in reporting emergencies using the system we have in place.
This month we are delighted to welcome Emma back to our team after three months travelling the US with her family. Emma has had plenty of stories to share about her adventure since her return but tells us it’s true what they say – there’s no place like home (especially when home is the beautiful Central Coast)!
Many of you have met Joy who has been helping Rachel with her property management portfolio while she is on extended leave. It’s been lovely to hear such positive feedback about Joy, which we have passed on – thank you.
The start of a new year is the ideal time to set new goals. For us, 2017 will be a year of even better customer service and growth. Watch this space…
