We were first introduced to Home Specialist Property Management in 2011 when a previous managing real estate removed property management from their company profile. The experience over the last four years has been second to none with the ladies at HSPM demonstrating the advantage of a specialist Property Manager over a conventional real estate time and time again. They provide the personal and professional service that you expect, but often do not receive.

HSPM present a strong team environment and when the Property Manager has not been contactable, another member of the team has been able to seamlessly respond and help with our queries.

Each and everyone one of the Property Managers we have communicated with over the years has been exceptional and whilst sorry to draw an end to the property management due to the sale of our investment, we were especially pleased with Laetitia’s level of assistance and willingness to help through countless phone calls and emails when it was needed most.

I would strongly recommend the services of HSPM to anyone looking for a trouble-free, professional and above all, friendly experience in property management.

I just wanted to let you and everyone else know how much I truly appreciate all the work Brad from Home Property Handyman has put into making the external of our cafe look fantastic.
The “facelift” has been two years in the making. Something we as a team and family have talked about plenty of times, however just never got around to it until now.
The paint work looks brilliant and totally promotes our brand. We have received so many compliments and it’s only been a week. The biggest one of all being from the business owner who had no idea I had planned this while he was overseas, he truly was blown away and surprised – I even think there were a few happy tears.
The quality of the workmanship and attention to detail is superb. I particularly liked that I had a (loose) plan that I shared with Brad and he made it happen, exactly how I had imagined.
Brad went above and beyond, he worked at odd hours to ensure our trading was not interrupted and also completed the job within such a short time frame, including sourcing the paint & matching our brand colours. The job site was left clean and tidy at all times and he even fixed other little defects along the way!
We would definitely recommend Brad and Home Property Maintenance for any jobs great or small. It really has been a pleasure to work with you! Thank you for everything.
