Welcome to our December newsletter! In the lead up to the festive season things have really slowed down in terms of rental property enquiries and tenancies. In fact, so far it's been the quietest December we've experienced on record. Sometimes it's impossible to predict the market and clearly this is one of those times when people are choosing to stay put for Christmas.
