As we welcome winter on the Central Coast many existing tenants are opting to stay put in their rental properties, which is fairly typical for the cooler months of the year.

Demand continues to outweigh supply

With 203 new tenant enquiries resulting in 27 rental property inspections in the last month through our office, it’s clear demand for rental properties continues to outweigh supply of properties available to rent on the Central Coast.

This situation is not only typical for the cooler months of the year when tenants traditionally choose to stay put in their homes, but also typifies the situation across the board in NSW.
